SixSense builds AI software that semiconductor fabs use to catch defects and quality deviations before they become yield losses. Our automated defect classification (AI-ADC), wafer signature classification, and root-cause analysis tools are already running in production at leading chip makers, including GlobalFoundries, JCET, Wavetek, and Raytek.
We were named a WEF Technology Pioneer for 2026 and are backed by Peak XV and Alpha Intelligence Capital. We are building our US presence, and this is a founding US hire for that effort.
About the role:
This role is the operational backbone: recruitment, people operations, engagement, IT support and monthly finance coordination all route through you. It's a broad, hands-on role with real deadlines and direct visibility to leadership.
What you'll do:
Support coordinating recruitment activities, like scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers and supporting the selection process.
Manage day-to-day People & Culture operations, including onboarding, maintaining records, etc.
Organised with assets and access, comfortable coordinating with technical teams and vendors, and keeping records straight
Drive employee engagement initiatives, including hobby groups, celebrations, team events, open houses, surveys, and collaboration activities.
Maintain internal trackers and the HRIS so headcount, leave and attendance data are accurate
Understand and adhere to HR policies, and regulations, and respond to employee queries.
Collect time allocation data from project teams every month as per finance requirements, chasing people, reconciling gaps and closing the cycle before the finance cut-off.
Pull monthly product usage metrics from the Egg team, compile them for finance to assess product adoption, and flag anything triggering additional billing
Submit invoices on customer portals accurately and within customer-specific deadlines, tracking each one through to acknowledgement
Maintain employee records in the formats finance requires and keep them audit-ready at all times
What we're looking for
Master's degree or above in Human Resources, Human Resources Management, Labor Relations, Business/Management, Psychology, or a related field
Proven experience as an HR/People Operations Manager in a startup or fast-paced organization.·
Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships with internal teams, external partners, and candidates.
Someone who takes initiative — spots what needs doing and closes it
Strong Excel and comfort reconciling data from multiple sources
