THE SEATS
Business Development — International
Build the account list. Run the outreach. Sit in front of international buyers. First touch to signature.

Market Research & Strategy
Market entry, competitor mapping, pricing models. Your work becomes the decision, not a deck.
→ Grows into: Strategy Lead
Marketing & Digital Growth
Website, search, content, brand. You own how the world sees us.
→ Grows into: Marketing Manager
THE TERMS
₹10,000/month + performance incentive for six months, then a permanent role on confirmation.
Fully remote.
Hours: 2 PM – 11 PM IST. The BD seat runs later on some days.
Travel: roughly once a quarter, domestic and international, fully funded. Valid passport required for the BD seat.
Notice: 30 days, both sides.
HOW WE WORK
You'll own a function and a number from month one. Weekly review with the leadership team, clear targets, and the autonomy to decide how you hit them

ELIGIBILITY
MBA, any specialisation. Freshers welcome.
Strong written English.
Full-time only.
