Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Civil Engineer will support the design and implementation of aluminium formwork solutions for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. Daily responsibilities include preparing and reviewing civil engineering drawings, coordinating with project managers and site teams, and assisting in planning and scheduling construction activities. The role involves evaluating structural and stormwater requirements, performing technical calculations, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards, and providing engineering support during on-site execution. The Civil Engineer will also participate in quality checks, documentation, and continuous improvement of engineering processes.
Demonstrated capability in Planning, including project scheduling, resource coordination, and alignment with construction timelines.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline from an accredited institution.
Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) and familiarity with structural analysis tools is beneficial.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional site ,factory and office teams.
Prior experience with formwork systems, concrete structures, or modern construction technologies is an advantage.
