Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a CRM professional at Finsphere Private Limited. The role involves managing and optimizing customer relationship management processes, including maintaining accurate client records, tracking interactions, and ensuring timely follow-ups. The individual will engage with clients and partners, address queries, and support relationship-building efforts to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing customer data and trends, preparing reports for internal stakeholders, and collaborating with sales and operations teams to improve client onboarding and service delivery. The role also requires participation in CRM system enhancements, process documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives to support scalable growth.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills, including experience with CRM tools and maintaining structured client databases.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to engage professionally with diverse stakeholders.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret customer data, identify patterns, and generate actionable insights.
Candidates should possess Sales-related capabilities, such as supporting lead management, upsell and cross-sell initiatives, and relationship-based revenue growth.
Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including organizing tasks, managing timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and documenting processes.
Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field are beneficial.
Experience in fintech, financial services, or media and entertainment domains is an advantage.
Proficiency in CRM platforms, spreadsheets, and basic reporting tools, along with a detail-oriented, proactive work style, is preferred.
