Manager – Placements

Food & Agri Business School, Sagar Group of Institutions, Hyderabad is looking for an experienced and dynamic Manager – Placements to lead the end-to-end placement process for our PGDM students and build strong industry-academia relationships.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end placement process for PGDM students.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with leading corporates, recruiters, and industry professionals.
- Drive campus recruitment, pre-placement engagements, internships, and final placements.
- Build and maintain a strong corporate recruitment network, particularly within the Agri Business, Food, FMCG, Rural Business, Banking & Financial Services, and allied sectors.
- Identify and onboard new recruiters and expand the institution’s corporate connect.
- Coordinate with students, faculty, corporate partners, and senior management to ensure a seamless placement process.
- Organise corporate talks, industry interactions, recruitment drives, and career development initiatives.
- Maintain placement records, MIS, recruiter databases, and regular placement reports.
- Support the School in strengthening its industry interface and employability initiatives.
👤 Candidate Profile
- MBA/PGDM from a reputed institution.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in managing placements at a reputed Business School.
- Proven track record of handling end-to-end campus placements.
- Strong and established corporate connect, especially in the Agri Business sector.
- Excellent communication, relationship-management, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Ability to engage effectively with senior HR professionals, business leaders, and industry stakeholders.
- High ownership, energy, professionalism, and a student-centric approach.
