Role Description The Operations Manager role is a full-time hybrid position based in Bhopal, with some flexibility for work from home. The Operations Manager oversees day-to-day operational activities, including coordination of dealership or service center workflows, resource planning, and process optimization. Responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, managing vendor and supplier relationships, and ensuring smooth alignment between sales, service, and administrative functions. The role also involves implementing operational policies, supervising staff, resolving escalated customer or operational issues, and collaborating with leadership to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness. The Operations Manager is expected to maintain compliance with company standards, prepare regular reports, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Strong operations management, process improvement, and workflow coordination skills.
Experience in team supervision, staff scheduling, and performance monitoring.
Ability to manage vendor relationships, inventory control, and basic budgeting or cost management.
Proficiency in using office productivity tools and basic ERP or CRM software.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Prior experience in automotive, retail, or service operations is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
Demonstrated ability to work in a hybrid environment and coordinate activities across on-site and remote settings.
