Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in Sagar. The Civil Engineer will work closely with the surveying team to interpret survey data, prepare civil engineering designs, and support project planning and execution. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing site layouts, grading plans, and basic stormwater management solutions; coordinating with project stakeholders; and ensuring designs align with local codes and standards. The role also involves reviewing drawings and reports, assisting with cost estimates and schedules, and providing technical input during field visits and inspections.
Qualifications
Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering skills for planning, analyzing, and delivering site and infrastructure projects.
Experience working as Civil Engineers in project teams, collaborating with surveyors, architects, and contractors.
Planning skills to support project scheduling, resource coordination, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Basic understanding of Stormwater Management principles and their application in site development and drainage design.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
Familiarity with CAD and other civil design software tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Ability to work on-site in Sagar, manage multiple tasks, and communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders.
