We are looking for a hands-on Solution Architect with strong experience in payment systems (BBPS/UPI/IMPS) to drive production stability, system observability, and partner integrations. The role requires deep expertise in Java-based systems, strong debugging skills, and the ability to handle real-time transaction systems under high load.
Responsibilities:
Stabilize production, prevent incidents, and improve observability and integrations.
Lead production incident troubleshooting (Txn Failures, Latency, 503 errors).
Analyze and resolve reconciliation and settlement issues.
Handle certificate/signature-related issues and security flows.
Design and improve system architecture for reliability and scalability.
Strengthen monitoring and observability (logs, alerts, dashboards).
Manage and stabilize integrations with banks, billers, and partners.
Work closely with internal teams, external partners, and NPCI stakeholders.
Drive RCA and preventive measures for recurring incidents.
Requirements:
8-12 years of experience in backend systems.
Strong Java / Spring Boot expertise.
Experience in payments systems (UPI / IMPS / BBPS / Payment Switch).
Proven experience in production troubleshooting at scale.
Strong understanding of API integrations, distributed systems, and on-premises infrastructure.
Hands-on with monitoring and observability tools.
Experience handling real-time transaction systems.
