Responsibilities:
Build and ship end-to-end features using Python (FastAPI/Django) and React.
Own product features from idea implementation to production.
Design scalable backend APIs and data models.
Create clean, responsive, high-performance frontend experiences.
Work closely with founders, product, and design to move fast and iterate.
Debug production issues and improve performance, reliability, and scale.
Write pragmatic, maintainable code (no over-engineering, no shortcuts).
Requirements:
3-6 years of hands-on full-stack experience.
Strong backend skills in Python.
Solid frontend experience with React, modern JS, HTML, and CSS.
Experience building real-world production systems.
Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-changing requirements.
Strong ownership mindset - you build it, you run it.
Bonus Points:
Experience with FastAPI, async systems, or microservices.
Exposure to AI/ML or LLM-powered products.
Experience in early-stage startups.
Familiarity with cloud (AWS/GCP), Docker, CI/CD.
Data modelling and performance optimisation experience.
