IT Recruiter

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our growing HR team in Hyderabad. You will own the end-to-end hiring process from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding while delivering a stellar candidate experience at every touchpoint.
Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), employee referrals, and headhunting.
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/video interviews, and assess cultural fit.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: JD creation, sourcing, interviews, offer, and joining.
Maintain and update the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) with accurate candidate data.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with multiple stakeholders seamlessly.
Negotiate offers and manage candidate expectations through the joining process.
Track and report key hiring metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, source mix, etc. ).
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles.
Requirements:
2-5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment (IT).
Proficiency with job portals Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Shine, etc.
Strong understanding of Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Telugu/Hindi.
Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with ATS tools (Zoho Recruit, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar) is a plus.
