Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Jewellery Designer role based in Ahmedabad. The Jewellery Designer will create original designs for fashion jewelry collections, from initial sketches to production-ready concepts. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing design ideas, preparing detailed drawings, and translating concepts into CAD models for manufacturing. The role involves working with product and production teams to refine designs, select materials, and ensure feasibility and quality. The designer will also research trends, consumer preferences, and competitive products to inform new collections and design updates.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Jewelry Design and Fashion Jewelry concepts, with the ability to create market-ready collections.
Proficiency in Drawing and sketching to communicate design ideas clearly and effectively.
Experience in Product Design, including translating creative concepts into practical, manufacturable pieces.
Competence in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for developing detailed 2D and 3D jewelry models.
Relevant education in Jewelry Design, Fashion Design, Product Design, or a related field.
Understanding of materials, stones, finishes, and basic manufacturing processes for jewelry.
Attention to detail, strong visual sense, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple design projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to feedback and evolving requirements.
