Shift: Rotational Night Shift

🎯 Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound & outbound US travel sales calls.
Assist customers with flight bookings, itinerary changes, and travel-related services.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Upsell travel products and provide outstanding customer service.
Maintain customer records and follow company processes.
✅ Requirements
Fluent in Spanish
Experience in US Travel Sales is preferred.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Sales-driven with a target-oriented mindset.
Comfortable working in rotational night shifts.
