High-Ticket Sales Closer

Job Description:
I'm looking to hire a closer for my coaching business
I'm currently a one-man operation with a steady stream of very warm incoming leads. I work with men struggling with performance anxiety in the bedroom - specifically erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation.
My main offer is 1:1 coaching valued at AUD $6,000. I currently have a backlog of warm leads that have applied to work with me
Why these leads are warm:
By the time you'd be speaking with them, they will have already:
Watched at least an hour of my content through a $27 short course
Filled out an application form to enter my coaching programme
Current performance:
My close rate is around 30% - achieved with very little formal sales or closing training on my end.
I believe there's real room to improve on that with the right person running these calls.
Who I'm looking for:
Proven high-ticket closing experience
Comfortable discussing sensitive, personal topics
Genuine empathy - not just sales technique. You need to be able to connect someone to their pain without ever being aggressive or pushy
Understanding that there's real shame tied up in what these men are going through. The close has to come from a human, supportive place - not pressure tactics
Capacity:
I currently have room for around 12 new clients per month, so there's a natural ceiling on volume (for now).
Call volume:
At a 30% close rate, hitting 12 sales a month means roughly 35-40 calls per month — about 8-10 calls a week. Exact volume will fluctuate with lead flow, but that's a realistic baseline to expect.
Compensation:
10% commission per closed sale, based on a $6,000 AUD average deal size.

This is a very new business (less than a year old) that's already seen rapid growth. I genuinely believe this is a great opportunity for a closer, given how motivated the men applying are to fix this problem in their lives. These aren't cold, hesitant leads - they're men who've already invested time and money to get here because they want change.
