Results:
Increase Revenue / Session from $12 to $20 by EOY
Increase Amazon revenue as a percentage of omni-channel ad spend from 32% to 50%
Increase brand impression share from 25% to 45%
Build an Amazon organic ranking system that consistently pushes our listings into the top #3
Become the #1 seller in our category
Achieve 4 CRO wins/month (AOV / CVR / Omni-Channel Cost per session)
Establish a predictable Amazon growth system across ads, listings, and inventory that improves and hits these targets consistently
Responsibilities
Build an Amazon team across creative, CRO, Analytics, Organic ranking & Ops
Oversee all Amazon creative launches including listings, A+ content, offers, and ad creatives
Partner with media buyers to analyze performance data and identify growth opportunities
Collaborate with the marketing data analyst to visualize performance across sessions, CVR, AOV, and revenue to align team focus
Report daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly on key KPIs to Head of Growth and CEO
Work cross-functionally with email, affiliate, Google, CRO, and data teams to align channel strategy
Organize and run recurring calls to align the team on wins, losses, and next actions
Attend industry conferences & masterminds and network actively
Requirements
Work 6 days/week
Work 10 hours/day
Read 2 books/month
Proven experience scaling high 8- / 9-Figure Amazon Departments of omni-channel brands
Experience scaling 8- / 9-figure Amazon-First Brands
Ability to thrive within a clearly defined hierarchical leadership structure with direct reporting lines
Atttend 4 in-person quarterly leadership off-sites per year
Participation in 2–4 marketing and industry events annually as part of ongoing development and alignment
High level of personal discipline, coachability, and alignment with executive direction
Reward:
Full Time Salary
$250 per percentage point above 30% Omni-Channel ad spend
