Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Specialist role based in New Delhi. The Marketing Specialist will plan and execute marketing strategies to promote Apis Nandi’s insurance broking and risk consulting services across key business segments. Daily responsibilities include conducting market and competitor research, developing campaigns and marketing materials, coordinating with sales and client service teams, and supporting branding initiatives across digital and offline channels. The role involves monitoring campaign performance, preparing marketing reports, assisting with client presentations and events, and ensuring consistent messaging aligned with regulatory and corporate guidelines. The Marketing Specialist will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance visibility, generate leads, and strengthen client engagement.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to analyze trends, identify opportunities, and plan targeted campaigns.
Candidates should possess Sales and Marketing skills to support lead generation, promotional activities, and business development initiatives.
Candidates should ideally have experience with digital marketing tools, presentation skills, and basic data analysis or reporting capabilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; experience in financial services or insurance is an advantage.
Ability to work collaboratively on-site in New Delhi, manage multiple tasks, and maintain accuracy and compliance with industry regulations.
