You’ll work directly with a CxO and a tiny team to take ideas from:
“We should build this.” → “It’s live.”
In weeks.
You could be building:

🛠️ Customer-facing products
🧠 Agentic workflows
📊 Experiments + eval systems
🚀 Whatever creates the most leverage
There’s no neat boundary between engineering, product, design and analytics here.
If the problem needs you to wear four hats, you wear four hats.
We’re especially interested if you have:
→ Built and shipped things outside your formal job
→ Experimented deeply with open-source models
→ Fine-tuned models
→ Built multi-agent systems
→ Contributed to OSS
→ Shipped something with real users
→ Replaced a manual process with an agent
→ Built your own AI workflow / tooling
→ Public artifacts we can actually look at
