Role Description The Remote Finance Manager is a full-time role responsible for overseeing and optimizing the financial operations of A2Z HEALTHCARE SERVICES LLC. Day-to-day tasks include managing budgeting and forecasting, monitoring cash flow, preparing financial statements, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting. The person in this role will review revenue and expense trends, maintain internal controls, and support compliance with healthcare and financial regulations. The Remote Finance Manager will collaborate with leadership to develop financial strategies, analyze performance, and provide recommendations that support sustainable growth. This role is performed entirely remotely, with regular virtual meetings and communication across teams.
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis.
Strong skills in financial reporting, account reconciliation, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Knowledge of healthcare or service-based business finance, including billing, reimbursement, and regulatory compliance, is highly beneficial.
Proficiency in accounting software, spreadsheets, and financial modeling tools.
Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret financial data for decision-making.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (such as CPA, CMA, or similar) are a plus.
Experience in a finance leadership or management role, ideally within healthcare or a related industry.
