Role Objective
To drive end-to-end execution of the Cargo Bar & Net program at warehouse level, ensuring high adherence, asset availability, timely repairs, and continuous improvement in cargo safety compliance.

Monitor and own site-level cargo bar/net adherence metrics and drive continuous improvement to ensure 100% usage
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and own site-level cargo bar/net adherence metrics and drive continuous improvement to ensure 100% usage
Timely repair/replacement of damaged cargo bars to maintain availability utilizing the repair kit/spare parts
Identify Vehicles without hooks, ensure welding/repair works to enable cargo net fixing
Conduct regular audits and identify gaps in usage, tracking, and compliance. Maintain
inventory records and report defaulting vehicles with missing bars/nets Highlight operational challenges, risks, and availability issues proactively to stakeholdes
& resolve them
Coordinate with MH Operations, Security (SLP), Transporters, and Site Teams for smooth execution.
Train and sensitize ground teams, guards, drivers and transport partners on process adherence.
Minimum Eligibility Criteria
Experience in handling cargo bar/net repairs, managing ground teams and operational compliance programs.
Decent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and basic reporting.
Flexible in rotational shifts (Morning & required in Pan India locations 25 service partner 30 days Job no leaves.
