Marketing, Social Media & Membership Engagement Intern | bTd Travel & Jets
Want to build a global brand at the intersection of premium travel, private aviation and AI? bTd Travel & Jets is looking for an intern to join our Marketing & Growth team — someone who lives on social media, loves creating content and wants to see their ideas go live for a real audience of high-net-worth travelers, corporate clients and private-jet flyers.
What you'll do
Create and manage content for bTd's Instagram, LinkedIn and other channels — from idea to post
Own the content calendar: plan it, execute it, keep it moving
Run the bTd Membership campaign: attract new members, onboard and welcome them, and keep the community engaged with exclusive content, perks and events
Promote private-jet empty legs: turn last-minute availability into compelling posts, stories and alerts that convert followers into flyers
Grow the funnel: bring in new users, nurture them and convert them into members and bookings — and measure every step
Hunt trends, formats and references — and bring them to the table
Produce short videos, Reels, visuals and digital assets
Use AI tools (including our own Bella) to research, create and produce faster
Track performance, read the numbers and propose what to do next
Support landing pages, email campaigns and member communications
Work side by side with Marketing, Growth and Product on special projects
Who you are
Studying Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business (Marketing track) or related
Passionate about travel, lifestyle, luxury and the world of premium brands — you follow hotels, airlines, fashion houses and concierge services the way others follow sports
You understand what makes a luxury customer say yes: taste, discretion, detail and service that anticipates
Deeply connected to social media and digital culture
A strong writer, with creativity and a sharp eye for aesthetics
Organized and hands-on — you get things done
Curious, fast learner, comfortable with feedback
Interested in Growth Marketing, AI and conversion — not just likes
Intermediate/advanced English — enough to research, write and work with content for an international company
Nice to have
Content you've created for social media — academic, personal or for a brand
Experience or internships in luxury retail, hospitality, concierge, fashion or travel — even a summer job in a boutique or hotel counts
Canva, CapCut or similar tools
Hands-on with generative AI
Basic understanding of social, funnel and Growth metrics
A passion for aviation, travel, luxury or tech
A portfolio, profile or personal project that shows what you can do

We operate in Luxury Travel, Corporate Travel, Membership and Private Jets across the US, Brazil, Portugal, Spain, Mexico and the UAE, and we're building Bella, our AI platform for the traveler's journey.

📍 Location: Ideally in São Paulo but can work remotely in other Brazilian states.
