Role Description
The Executive Assistant role at Global Human Development, Inc. is a remote position
Responsible for providing high-level administrative and organizational support
Daily tasks include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing virtual events, and coordinating communications
The role involves preparing and handling documents, presentations, and reports,
The Executive Assistant will maintain records, streamline administrative processes, and ensure timely follow-up on priorities
This position requires a proactive approach, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a mission-driven environment.
Qualifications
Strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
Proficiency with Administrative Assistance tasks such as record-keeping, scheduling, and organizing virtual workflows and files.
Good working attitude toward other team members
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients
Comfort working in a remote environment with strong time management, organization, and self-direction.
Proficiency with common office software and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace, video conferencing platforms,).
Prior experience supporting executives or senior leaders, preferably in wellness, mental health, or human development fields, is a plus.
