🚨 WE’RE HIRING! | Executive Assistant – Financial Administration
DC Helpers is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join a remote, full-time opportunity supporting a U.S.-based business owner.
🔹 100% Remote
🔹 Full-time | Eastern Time (ET)
🔹 QuickBooks experience required
🔹 Advanced English (C1)
🔹 Comfortable making calls within the U.S.
🔹 iPhone + iMessage required
🔹 Exceptional attention to detail
🔹 Connectivity allowance every two months
We’re looking for someone with strong Executive/Personal Assistant experience, excellent communication skills, discretion, and the ability to manage personal commitments, scheduling, administrative tasks, and financial information independently.
