Customer Service Specialist

CHaul Squad Solutions is seeking dependable, motivated, and customer-focused individuals to join our growing virtual call center team as Customer Service Specialists.
This is a remote independent contractor (1099) opportunity with flexible scheduling. We are looking for individuals who communicate well, are comfortable working independently, and are committed to providing a professional customer experience.
What You'll Do
Handle inbound customer calls and provide professional customer service
Assist customers with questions, requests, scheduling, and general support
Accurately document customer interactions and information
Follow client-specific procedures, guidelines, and call-handling requirements
Maintain a professional and positive communication style
Meet applicable quality, attendance, and productivity expectations
Work independently while maintaining communication with the team
What We're Looking For
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Comfortable navigating computer systems and learning new software
Reliable internet connection
Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus, but not required
