Responsibilities
• Translate user needs into user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for web experiences
• Design clear, accessible interfaces and document interaction states for engineering handoff
• Support usability testing, summarize feedback, and iterate on designs
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to maintain reusable design components
Qualification
Required
• A portfolio of academic, personal, or internship projects demonstrating interface design and design reasoning
• Foundational knowledge of typography, layout, interaction design, and accessibility
• Ability to use Figma or a comparable design tool and communicate design decisions clearly
Preferred
• Exposure to usability research or design systems
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS and how designs are implemented
