Business Development & Sales Specialist
Webline Masters is looking for a motivated Business Development & Sales Specialist to join our team and help us grow our client base in Egypt and the GCC region.
We specialize in custom web design, web development, e-commerce solutions, SEO, and digital solutions for businesses.
Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to potential clients.
Communicate with incoming leads and understand their business requirements.
Qualify leads and identify serious sales opportunities.
Present Webline Masters' services in a clear and professional way.
Follow up with prospects throughout the sales process.
Handle objections and help move opportunities toward closing.
Coordinate with the technical team to understand project requirements, scope, and pricing when necessary.
Maintain organized records of leads, conversations, follow-ups, and sales opportunities.
Build long-term relationships with potential and existing clients.
Contribute to expanding Webline Masters' presence in Egypt and GCC markets.
Requirements
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Confidence when communicating with business owners and decision-makers.
Good understanding of sales and lead qualification.
Ability to follow up consistently and professionally.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Good written and spoken Arabic.
Good command of English.
Basic understanding of websites, digital services, or technology is preferred.
Previous experience in B2B sales, technology services, web development agencies, digital marketing agencies, SaaS, or software companies is highly preferred.
Compensation
Fixed salary + commission for every successfully closed client/project.
There is no fixed ceiling on commissions — stronger sales performance means higher earning potential.
