We are looking for an accomplished automotive retail leader to head a new passenger vehicle dealership in Bengaluru for an exciting, new-age automotive brand entering the Indian market.
This is an opportunity to build the business from the ground up - shaping the team, culture, customer experience and operating model for a brand focused on advanced technology, distinctive design and new-energy mobility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Take overall P&L ownership of the dealership.
• Lead sales, service, customer experience and dealership operations.
• Drive revenue, profitability, market share and customer satisfaction.
• Build, lead and develop high-performing sales and service teams.
• Establish strong CRM, lead-conversion and customer-retention processes.
• Manage inventory, working capital and operational efficiency.
• Build strong relationships with the OEM, customers, corporate clients and partners.
• Monitor business performance, market trends and competition, and identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to OEM standards, dealership processes and compliance requirements.
