We’re looking for a creative, thoughtful, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing team at Fletten.
This role is for someone who doesn’t just make things look good, but understands why a design works and can turn a brief into strong visual communication.

What you’ll be doing:
Create social media creatives, campaigns, branding, marketing materials, presentations and digital assets
Develop visual concepts from brief to final delivery
Work across different design styles, formats and brands
Collaborate with the creative, marketing and strategy teams
Handle feedback and revisions while maintaining design quality
Explore new design trends, tools and AI-assisted workflows
Contribute to motion/video design where applicable
We’d love to meet you if you:
Have strong fundamentals in typography, layout, composition and visual hierarchy
Have a good eye for detail and visual consistency
Can explain the thinking behind your design decisions
Are comfortable working independently and taking ownership
Know your way around tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma or similar
Have experience with motion design
Are curious, ambitious and genuinely want to keep improving
