Senior Full Stack Developer – AI-Driven Enterprise Applications

Position Summary
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer – AI-Driven Enterprise Applications with 5-7+ years of experience in the Microsoft .NET ecosystem to design, build, and support modern enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in full stack development, cloud-native architecture, DevOps, and AI-enabled software engineering practices.
This role requires experience delivering enterprise-scale solutions, driving AI-powered software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices, and contributing to architectural decisions across distributed systems. Successful candidates will be comfortable working across the entire application lifecycle, from solution design and specification development through deployment, operations, and continuous improvement.
What You Will Do at Sogeti:
Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications using .NET, C#, ASP.NET Core, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
Build and consume RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-native solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure technologies.
Lead the adoption of AI-driven software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices, including AI-assisted requirements analysis, specification creation, code generation, testing, documentation, deployment, and operational support.
Utilize AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Services, and other emerging technologies to improve engineering efficiency, code quality, and delivery speed.
Design and implement scalable distributed systems utilizing event-driven architecture, asynchronous messaging patterns, and enterprise integration principles.
Apply specification-driven development practices, including API-first, contract-first, and model-driven approaches to software delivery.
Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, architects, UX designers, and stakeholders to refine requirements and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
Participate in application modernization, cloud migration, and digital transformation initiatives.
Design, build, and support CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, release automation, infrastructure automation, and deployment strategies.
Contribute to system observability, monitoring, logging, performance optimization, and operational excellence.
Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to development teams on architecture, engineering standards, and best practices.
Support Agile delivery teams through sprint planning, backlog refinement, estimation, and continuous improvement activities.
What You Will Bring:
5-7+ years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development with Microsoft technologies.
Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core/.NET 8+, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web APIs, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.
Experience with React, Angular, or other modern front-end frameworks.
Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and enterprise application development.
Experience delivering enterprise-scale applications and distributed systems within complex organizational environments.
Demonstrated experience designing and implementing microservices and cloud-native architectures.
Strong knowledge of Event-Driven Architecture, asynchronous processing, messaging systems, and Enterprise Integration Patterns.
Experience with specification-driven development methodologies, including API-first, contract-first, or model-driven development approaches.
Hands-on experience with Azure services and cloud-native development practices.
Strong DevOps background with experience in:
Azure DevOps or equivalent platforms
CI/CD pipeline design and implementation
Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
Automated testing and quality engineering
Monitoring, observability, and release management
Demonstrated experience applying AI technologies throughout the SDLC, beyond code generation, including requirements analysis, design, testing, documentation, deployment automation, and engineering productivity improvement.
Experience with source control management, Git workflows, automated testing strategies, and Agile methodologies.
Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience developing AI-enabled applications using Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot technologies, or similar AI platforms.
Demonstrated experience with Solution Architecture, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and Enterprise Integration Patterns.
Experience designing and implementing Event-Driven Architectures using messaging platforms such as Azure Service Bus, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or comparable technologies.
Experience leading application modernization, cloud transformation, or enterprise platform migration initiatives.
Experience implementing AI-enabled engineering workflows and AI governance practices across software delivery teams.
Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration technologies.
Microsoft Azure, Azure AI, DevOps, or .NET certifications.

At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $100,000 - $145,000.
This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
