Remote Credentialing VA (Radiology / Imaging)

We need a virtual assistant with real radiology or medical credentialing experience — not a general VA. Philippines and Latin America applicants welcome. US Eastern overlap required.
Company: Advanced Medical Imaging (outpatient radiology — Florida)
Type: Remote · long-term · 1099 / contractor · pay competitive based on experience
What you’ll do:
- Build and maintain credentialing packets (hospital, payer, facility): licenses, CAQH, malpractice/COI, privilege letters, case logs, W-9, and related docs
- Track expirations and chase renewals / missing items with a clear open-items list
- Keep referring-physician contact details accurate (NPI, phone, fax, address) against letterhead
- Prepare imaging-portal enrollment requests for referring offices (we approve before anything goes live)
- Support contractor radiologist enrollment paperwork and keep invoice / report email lanes organized
- Help with a simple staff onboarding checklist (HR schedule system → email → practice systems)
Must-have:
- Background in radiology, imaging center, hospital medical staff office, or payer credentialing
- Familiar with CAQH and hospital privileging language
- Excellent written English; organized; reliable remote work
- Comfortable with Microsoft Outlook and Teams every day
Nice-to-have:
- Spanish bilingual (packets remain English)
- Latin America timezone with US Eastern overlap
- PECOS / Medicare enrollment familiarity
- Prior work with US imaging groups or teleradiology panels
