🚀 EXECUTIVE OPPORTUNITY: PARTNER AND PRESIDENT (EQUITY-BASED)
At AWF Consulting, we deploy real-time, AI-driven decision intelligence systems that convert complex business data into immediate profitability and scalable growth. As we enter our next expansion phase, we are seeking an entrepreneurial President to lead our corporate strategy, drive high-value alliances, and secure growth capital.
This position is initially structured with equity/stock-based compensation, offering significant long-term upside as we scale and secure funding.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnerships: Build, negotiate, and scale commercial alliances, enterprise channel partnerships, and strategic joint ventures.
Executive Networking: Represent AWF Consulting across venture networks, enterprise forums, and executive decision-maker ecosystems.
Corporate Strategy: Define and execute multi-year expansion roadmaps, go-to-market strategies, and operational scaling targets.
Investment & Capital Raising: Lead fundraising initiatives, manage investor relations, present value propositions to VC/PE firms, and secure growth capital.
Qualifications & Ideal Profile
Leadership Experience: Prior executive background (C-Suite, VP, or Founder level) in management consulting, SaaS, enterprise AI, or decision intelligence.
Capital & Deal Track Record: Hands-on experience leading venture capital/private equity rounds and negotiating complex enterprise deals.
Equity-Driven Mindset: Entrepreneurial orientation comfortable with initial equity-based/stock option compensation linked to milestones and capital raises.
Visionary Execution: Capability to translate complex AI data solutions into clear value propositions for investors and enterprise partners.
Compensation & Structure
Initial Structure: Equity / Stock Option Package ( vesting & performance-based milestones)
Transition: Base compensation + executive performance bonus implemented post-capital raise/revenue targets.

Work arrangement
No
