Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Manager Electrical and Instrumentation. The role involves overseeing electrical and instrumentation operations for industrial projects, including planning, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems and instrumentation equipment. The manager will lead and guide site teams, coordinate with project engineers, vendors, and contractors, and ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and quality requirements. Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting electrical and instrumentation issues, optimizing power distribution and energy usage, preparing technical reports and documentation, and supporting project scheduling and resource allocation. The role also requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project execution and continuous improvement of systems and processes.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Electrical Engineering and Electrical Design for industrial projects and process plants.
Candidates should possess skills in Electrical Maintenance and Electricity for operation, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of equipment.
Candidates should possess skills in Power Distribution for managing loads, panels, and distribution networks safely and efficiently.
Relevant experience in instrumentation systems (sensors, transmitters, control panels, PLCs, and automation) in process industries is highly beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline, with significant experience in industrial or EPC environments.
Proven experience in managing site teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and implementing safety and compliance standards.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with the ability to interpret electrical drawings and technical specifications.
Willingness to work on-site in Jaipur and travel to project locations as required.
