Part-Time Texas Litigation Attorney / Co-Counsel

Concorda Law is looking for an experienced Texas-licensed litigator to work with us on a part-time basis. We’re also very open to an established solo practitioner or small-firm attorney who would prefer to work with us on a recurring co-counsel basis.
Concorda Law is a modern litigation firm representing businesses and individuals on both the plaintiff and defense side. Our attorneys are supported by a dedicated team across technology, operations, and other non-legal functions, allowing the legal team to stay focused on clients and their cases.
We’re looking for someone who can take meaningful responsibility for Texas matters as they come in, with a particular focus on managing cases and giving clients a high-touch experience.
The work may include:
Managing litigation matters day to day
Client calls and regular case updates
Helping clients understand what is happening, what comes next, and what actually matters
Drafting and responding to pleadings and motions
Discovery
Case strategy
Settlement discussions
Coordinating with the broader Concorda Law team
What we’re looking for:
Active Texas law license
Meaningful litigation experience
Excellent client communication and judgment
Comfortable taking ownership of matters
Strong writing
Responsive, practical, and easy to work with
This is a flexible role, with workload varying based on active matters. Whether structured as a part-time role or an ongoing co-counsel relationship, we’re looking for someone who wants to become a meaningful part of the team over time rather than simply take on isolated projects.
