As we continue to expand, we are building a strong patient-support and sales team that helps patients connect with the right healthcare solutions and qualified doctors . 💼 About the Role We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Telesales Executive who can connect with patient leads, understand their requirements, build trust, and convert qualified leads into doctor consultation bookings . 🔹 Key Responsibilities
Call and follow up with patient leads
Understand patients' requirements and concerns
Explain Cosma Fertility’s consultation services
Build trust and maintain professional communication with patients
Convert qualified leads into confirmed doctor consultations
Conduct regular follow-ups with interested patients
Maintain accurate lead and conversion records
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly conversion targets ✅ Requirements
Minimum 6 months of telesales/telecalling experience
Experience in healthcare, fertility, hospital, wellness, or related industries is preferred
Must have a personal laptop and stable internet connection
Strong communication and convincing skills
Must be fluent in Hindi + relevant regional language
Comfortable communicating with patients over calls
Sales-oriented, target-driven, and proactive
