Campaign Volunteer

Role Description The Campaign Volunteer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. In this role, the volunteer will support planning and execution of social impact campaigns related to cleanliness drives, environmental initiatives, animal welfare, women’s empowerment, and education programs. Day-to-day tasks may include coordinating field activities, engaging with community members, assisting with event logistics, collecting and documenting campaign data, and supporting outreach through calls, meetings, and local partnerships. The Campaign Volunteer will collaborate closely with campaign leads and project teams to ensure smooth implementation of activities and timely reporting. This role is ideal for individuals who want to work directly with communities and contribute to measurable social change.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Campaign Management and Campaigns to support planning, coordination, and execution of social initiatives.
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact effectively with community members, partners, and internal teams.
Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to track activities, measure impact, and provide insights for campaign improvement.
Candidates should possess Project Management skills to organize tasks, manage timelines, and ensure activities are delivered as planned.
Ability to work on-site in Gurugram and travel locally for field activities as needed.
Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a commitment to social and environmental causes.
Basic proficiency with digital tools (e.g., spreadsheets, communication apps) for documentation and coordination.
Prior experience in volunteering, community work, or social campaigns is beneficial but not mandatory.
