Manufacturing Specialist

Job Overview
We are seeking experienced Manufacturing Specialists to support an AI-focused project in manufacturing and digital fabrication. You will apply your expertise in CAM, CNC, manufacturing processes, and Fusion 360 to evaluate workflows and AI-generated recommendations.
No Prior AI Experience Is Required.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert feedback on CAM, CNC, and Fusion 360 manufacturing workflows.
Review and evaluate AI-generated manufacturing processes and recommendations.
Assess manufacturing processes for accuracy, efficiency, and technical feasibility.
Develop and validate evaluation rubrics for manufacturing workflows.
Provide clear technical feedback and documentation.
Collaborate with project teams to improve evaluation standards.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in CAM, CNC machining, and manufacturing workflows.
Advanced proficiency with Fusion 360 and related manufacturing software.
Strong understanding of digital manufacturing processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Experience developing or using process evaluation criteria is a plus.
