Regional Vice President of Program Management

Role Description The Regional Vice President of Program Management is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing and coordinating complex logistics programs across a defined region. This position leads regional project and program management efforts, setting priorities, aligning initiatives with company strategy, and ensuring successful delivery of key operational and growth projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising project planning and execution, monitoring budgets and timelines, and analyzing performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. The role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams such as operations, finance, sales, and technology to integrate logistics solutions, mitigate risks, and maintain high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction. The Regional Vice President also mentors regional project leaders, establishes governance frameworks, and reports regularly to senior leadership on progress and outcomes.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Program Management and Project Management skills to lead multi-project initiatives and drive regional execution.
Candidates should possess robust Project Planning and Budgeting skills to design realistic roadmaps, allocate resources, and manage financial performance.
Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess program effectiveness, and support evidence-based decision-making.
Experience in logistics, supply chain, or related industries, with a track record of leading regional or large-scale transformation initiatives.
Proven leadership abilities, including stakeholder management, team development, and cross-functional collaboration in a remote environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in en_US, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., PMP, PgMP) is an advantage.
