Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Export Manager role based in Jodhpur. The Export Manager will oversee end-to-end export operations, including order processing, documentation, logistics coordination, and compliance with international trade regulations and standards. The role involves managing relationships with international clients, distributors, and agents, while identifying new markets and opportunities for business expansion. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing export and sales strategies, negotiating terms, monitoring shipment schedules, and ensuring on-time delivery. The Export Manager will collaborate with internal teams such as production, finance, and quality to support efficient export processes and achieve sales and growth targets.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Export and International Trade skills, including documentation, compliance, and logistics management.
Candidates should possess Business Planning and Sales skills, with the ability to develop strategies, manage targets, and drive revenue growth.
Candidates should possess International Business skills, including market research, global client relationship management, and cross-cultural communication.
Relevant experience in medical devices, surgical products, or healthcare-related exports is beneficial.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities are expected.
Proficiency in English; additional foreign language skills are an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Management, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Jodhpur and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
