Role Description The Executive Vice President of Strategy Execution is a full-time, remote leadership role responsible for translating the company’s strategic vision into actionable plans and measurable outcomes. This position oversees the execution of enterprise-wide initiatives, aligning cybersecurity services, education programs, and digital offerings with long-term business goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, setting performance targets, managing strategic projects, and ensuring effective resource allocation across consulting, finance, operations, and technology functions. The role also involves monitoring market trends, evaluating business performance, and collaborating with senior leadership to adjust strategic priorities based on data-driven insights. The Executive Vice President will foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and innovation while maintaining strong stakeholder communication.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills to interpret complex data, assess performance metrics, and support evidence-based decision-making.
Expertise in Strategic Planning and Digital Strategy to design, implement, and optimize long-term growth initiatives.
Consulting experience to guide internal and external stakeholders through strategic transformations and change management.
Solid understanding of Finance to oversee budgets, ROI analysis, and financial modeling for strategic projects.
Extensive leadership experience in senior executive roles, preferably within cybersecurity, technology, or related industries.
Proven track record in strategy execution, program management, and cross-functional team leadership.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
Advanced degree in Business, Finance, Technology Management, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications in strategy, project management, or cybersecurity are a plus.
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, demonstrating high levels of autonomy, collaboration, and digital fluency.
