1. Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist (Cold Calling & Direct Outreach)
Responsibilities:
Perform cold outreach and cold calling to prospective business clients.
Research and generate targeted lead lists for outreach.
Pitch agency services and schedule discovery/sales calls.
Requirements:
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
Confidence in making cold calls and handling objections.
Compensation: Uncapped high commission.
2. Social Media Manager (Complete Profile Management)
Responsibilities:
Manage and curate content across all primary social media handles.
Plan content calendars, write engaging captions, and create basic visual assets.
Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow channel presence.
Requirements:
Experience with social media management and basic design tools (e.g., Canva).
Good understanding of social media growth strategies.
3. Email Marketing Intern (International Client Campaigns)
Responsibilities:
Design, write, and execute cold email sequences targeting international clients (US/UK/Global markets).
Set up email campaigns and track key metrics (Open Rates, CTR, Deliverability).
Requirements:
Strong written English copywriting skills.
Basic familiarity with cold email tools and outreach workflows.
