Job Description – Corporate Relationship -Assistant Manager (Training & Placement)
Location: Chennai
Work Mode: Work from Chennai; occasional travel to main campus as required
Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month
Responsibilities:
Establish and strengthen corporate partnerships for placements and internships.
Coordinate with recruiters and HR managers to arrange placement drives.
Conduct training workshops and pre‑placement sessions for engineering students.
Maintain placement records and prepare MIS reports.
Collaborate with faculty and management for smooth placement activities.
Qualifications:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Management, HR, or related field.
Mandatory: Prior experience in Training & Placement at an Engineering College/Institute.
Excellent communication and corporate relationship‑building skills.
