Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to support company leadership and oversee a small administrative team of 3 to 5 staff members. This position offers flexible work hours and the opportunity to work closely with senior management on a wide range of operational, administrative, and strategic initiatives.
Flexible Work Schedule
This role offers a flexible schedule and allows employees to determine their weekly hours and work times based on mutual availability and business needs. Work is typically performed on weekdays; however, employees may choose their own work schedules. Periodic video call meetings with the President are required. These meetings are generally scheduled between 9:30 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. on weekdays, with more limited scheduling availability at the weekend.
Required Skills and Experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with cloud-based file management systems, such as Microsoft OneDrive.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort with all forms of virtual communication.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to conduct research, compile information from multiple sources, and support vendor evaluation and down-selection activities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Ability to supervise, mentor, and coordinate the work of a small administrative team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, self-directed approach to work.
• Willingness to learn new technologies, systems, business processes, and responsibilities.
• Ability to receive and apply constructive feedback.
