Role Description The Site Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for overseeing day-to-day execution of interior and civil projects. This role includes supervising site activities, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and ensuring work is completed according to technical specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. The Site Engineer will monitor project progress, manage site documentation, and support resource planning and material tracking to maintain timelines and budgets. The role also involves conducting regular inspections, resolving on-site technical issues, and communicating project status clearly to the project management team. The Site Engineer will collaborate closely with design, procurement, and PMC teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong on-site supervision skills, including experience managing daily construction and interior project activities.
Candidates should possess effective communication and coordination skills to work with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Candidates should possess quality control and inspection skills to ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety norms, and industry standards.
Candidates should possess knowledge of structural engineering and civil engineering principles applicable to interior and civil projects.
Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field are preferred.
Experience with project management practices, site reporting, and basic construction software or tools is beneficial.
Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to ethical and transparent work practices are desirable.
