该职位来源于猎聘 该岗位base深圳或上海都可以 职位描述： 1、负责全球化公司的业务洞察、数据分析和决策支持等工作； 2、深入理解业务目标，搭建核心指标体系，持续监控业务健康度； 3、负责日常数据分析，输出可执行的业务洞察与建议； 4、与产品、运营、销售等团队协作，支持产品优化、用户体验、销售增长等关键问题分析； 4、培养和完善分析团队能力，包括分析工具、流程、制度等方面的建设。 职位要求： 1、全日制统招本科及以上学历，具备3-7年左右电商数据分析经验，具有商品分析、网站用户运营等相关经验者优先； 2、能洞察业务问题，挖掘业务潜力，推动业务发展； 3、较强的数据表达能力，善于挖掘观点，并使用图表数据呈现； 4、能熟练使用SQL、报表工具和数仓工具（如Doris、StarRocks、Hive等）； 5、善于沟通，工作细心，执行力和自驱力强，具有团队协作意识。
