Key Accountabilities
Job Description - Apprenticeship Programme
Educational Qualification: Minimum eligibility is 12th Pass. Apprenticeship Duration: The tenure of the apprenticeship will be 6 months
Prior Experience or Certifications: Open to freshers. Relevant experience for Colored Stone identification, Jewellery certification, Instrumentation, Origin or certifications will be considered as an added advantage, though not mandatory.
Monthly Stipend: A stipend of Rs. 20,000 (in hand) per month at the time of joining
Apprentices will be considered for payroll hiring, based on:
Individual performance
Recommendations from mentors/supervisors/ Position available
Six buckets are created Colored Stone identification, Jewellery certification, Front/back office, Instrumentation, Origin and Support service like photography.
Assessment parameters will include punctuality, team work, adherence to SOP/Protocols, attention to detail, etc.
Based on the interests and skills, Management to decide the area of work where individuals will be placed.
