We’re looking for a Social Media & Content Intern who can be the face of the brand, create content, manage our social media and get hands-on with marketing.

Steps AI is a product company building AI-powered software for modern businesses. Our products help businesses use AI to engage with customers, answer questions, generate leads, and automate everyday work.
We are growing quickly and shipping new products and features every week. We’re looking for a creative, curious Social Media Intern who wants to learn how a growing AI startup builds its brand online. You’ll work closely with the team on content, social media, trends, campaigns, and ideas that help more people discover Steps AI.
What you’ll do
🎥 Be on camera and create Reels & short-form content
💡 Come up with ideas, hooks, scripts and concepts
📱 Manage and grow our social media accounts
📈 Track content performance and learn what works
🚀 Assist with campaigns and marketing initiatives
🤝 Work with creators, influencers and our marketing team
🧠 Bring your own ideas and experiment with new formats
Who we’re looking for
Someone who is:
Comfortable being on camera
Naturally creative and social
A genuine consumer of social media
Up to date with trends and internet culture
Interested in marketing, fashion, media, content or creative fields
Good at communicating and telling stories
Willing to learn, experiment and take ownership
If you already create content or have a portfolio, Instagram page or any previous work, send it our way. It’s definitely a plus.
You won’t be figuring it out alone.
You’ll work closely with our marketing team throughout the process - from brainstorming and scripting to shooting, publishing and analysing performance.

📍 Location: Hyderabad | Work from Office
⏳ Duration: 6 months
💰 Stipend: Paid, depending on profile
🕘 Typical hours: 9 AM – 6 PM
We care more about getting the work done than watching the clock.
🚀 Potential full-time opportunity: If things go well and you’re a great fit, there may be an opportunity to join us full-time after the internship.
