Human Resources Intern

Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic and organized HR & Recruitment to manage recruitment, candidate coordination, onboarding, and day-to-day employee activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, WhatsApp, colleges, coaching centres and other channels.
- Create and post job openings.
- Screen resumes and shortlist relevant candidates.
- Conduct initial HR screening interviews.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
- Follow up with candidates until joining.
- Manage employee onboarding and basic documentation.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave and HR records.
- Support employee engagement and internal communication.
- Help build a strong hiring pipeline for different departments.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Telugu.
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Ability to use LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Google Sheets/Excel and job portals.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Qualifications
Any degree is acceptable. HR, Business Administration, Management or a related degree is preferred.
Experience: 1 + Years
