This role provides end-to-end technical support for mobile network planning, deployment, optimization, testing, and troubleshooting across 2G, 4G, 5G, and future 6G networks. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of telecommunications experience, strong NR/LTE, EPC/5GC, data communications, and wireless testing expertise, plus the required local language skills.
Responsibilities
1. Provide end-to-end technical support and services for mobile communications.
2. Plan, optimize, and implement network deployments for customers' 6G, 5G, 4G, and 2G networks to ensure successful project delivery.
3. Participate in mobile communication system testing and solution validation.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and provide after-sales technical support.
5. Provide technical support for pre-sales activities and serve as a technical liaison with R&D, supporting both internal and external customers.
Qualifications
1．Bachelor’s degree or above in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, with at least five years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
2．Familiarity with data communication equipment such as routers and switches, as well as telecom operators’ transmission networks. HCIP, CCNP, or equivalent certification is preferred.
3．Strong knowledge of telecommunications and mobile communication networks, including mobile network products and architectures; expertise in radio network planning and optimization for NR/LTE products; familiarity with EPC and 5GC core networks.
4．Familiarity with various wireless communication testing tools, such as scanning receivers, spectrum analyzers, SPARK, and Pioneer.
5．Language skills requirement:
a. Location Indonesia: Ability to use spoken English as a working language, with good English reading and writing skills. Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
b. Location Brazil: Ability to use spoken English and Portuguese as a working language, with good English and Portuguese reading and writing skills.
c. Location Tajikistan: Ability to use spoken English and Russian as a working language, with good English and Russian reading and writing skills.
d. Location Zambia: Ability to use spoken English and French as a working language, with good English and French reading and writing skills.
