该职位来源于猎聘 【岗位要求】 1、英语发音标准，普通话标准，声音洪亮，善于沟通和表达，亲和力强 2、本科及以上学历，有大学英语四级证书 3、持专四专八证书、教师资格证、英语专业、雅思6.5+、托福80+者优先！ 【工作内容】： 1、课中：熟练使用高途授课系统，完成试听课、正式课及匹配抗遗忘的标准化授课 2、课前课后：根据提供的服务模板，在学习沟通群内完成课程的反馈 3、配合教学部的工作，遵守出勤、授课规范等制度 【工作时间要求】： 1、需要有固定可排课时间，能够接受碎片化的抗遗忘课程安排，并完成约定好的课程。 2、根据老师自身可接课时间安排课程，时间灵活自由，不强制排课。 【薪资构成】 基础薪资：试听课成单奖励+正式课课时费+续费激励 活动奖励：节假日会组织各活动，参与获奖可得额外激励~ 【设备要求】 1、必须使用电脑上课（必须开摄像头、麦克风） 2、确保有安静的授课环境
