Role Description we are looking for 3+ years experience site Engineer. This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Civil Engineer based in Jhajjar. The Site Civil Engineer will oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensure work is carried out according to drawings and specifications, and coordinate with site supervisors, contractors, and workers. Responsibilities include monitoring progress, preparing daily reports, checking levels and layouts, and assisting in planning and scheduling of work. The role involves ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards, supporting material inspections, and addressing technical issues that arise on site. The Site Civil Engineer will also liaise with clients and consultants as needed to clarify design details and execution plans.
Qualifications
Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering skills for interpreting drawings, specifications, and technical standards.
Experience working as Civil Engineers on construction sites, with practical knowledge of execution and supervision.
Planning skills for scheduling activities, resource allocation, and coordinating work sequences.
Understanding of Stormwater Management and related infrastructure for site development and drainage systems.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Familiarity with construction codes, safety regulations, and quality control practices.
Ability to read technical drawings, use basic surveying tools, and prepare site documentation.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively on site.
Prior experience in building or infrastructure projects in a similar role is preferred.
