What is the role like:
NeuroEquilibrium is looking for HR Business Partner with 4-7 years of experience into relevant field.
Responsibilities, this role will have, are as below:
Manage the entire recruitment process from job requisition creation to offer acceptance.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and internal referrals.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit for the organization.
Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation, training, and paperwork completion.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Provide guidance and support to employees on a range of HR matters, including performance management, disciplinary procedures, and employee relations issues.
Monitor HR metrics and analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulatory requirements.
Skills do we look for:
· Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
· Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee engagement, talent acquisition, business partnering, training, onboarding, exit formalities, joining formalities, business hr, recruitment, employee relations, employee engagement.
· People oriented and results driven.
· Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
· Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
· Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
· Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
· In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.
