Role Description The Front Desk Receptionist is a full-time, on-site role based at Triage Veterinary Hospital in Gurugram. This role involves greeting clients and their pets, managing check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring a welcoming and organized reception area. Daily responsibilities include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, updating patient records, handling inquiries, and coordinating with veterinary staff to support smooth clinic operations. The receptionist also assists with basic administrative and clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, billing support, and managing front desk supplies, while maintaining confidentiality and professional conduct.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills, including handling front desk operations, appointment scheduling, record maintenance, and basic administrative tasks.
Candidates should possess excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills, with the ability to handle calls professionally, provide clear information, and coordinate effectively with clients and staff.
Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills, demonstrating patience, empathy, and a client-centric approach when interacting with pet owners in routine and stressful situations.
Candidates should ideally have prior experience in a veterinary clinic, hospital, or healthcare setting, and familiarity with appointment and billing software or practice management systems.
